Who is responsible
Usheri is operated by its founder. [Legal name and address to be added.] For each vendor using Usheri, the vendor decides whose data is processed and why; Usheri processes it on the vendor's behalf.
What Usheri processes
- From the vendor's tools: a prospect's name, company, email address and the messages in the conversation that showed interest.
- From the prospect's company website: the public text of its home page.
- From a website widget: what the visitor types into the form.
- On a prospect page: when it is opened, how much of the video is played, and clicks on the call to action and resources.
- For the vendor's team: the sign-in account and the decisions made on each video.
Why
To make a personal video that answers what the prospect asked, to let the vendor's team review it, to deliver it, and to tell the vendor whether it was watched.
Who receives it
The vendor's own tools that the vendor connects (for example its sequencer, CRM, mailbox, Slack and calendar), and the AI model provider whose key the vendor supplies. [List of sub-processors to be added.]
