How credits work
You pay for finished videos, not for attempts.
- 10 credits for a standard video, up to two minutes. Each extra 30 seconds is 2 credits.
- Charged when a finished video reaches review, after it has passed quality checks and the AI reviewer. A video you reject is still charged: the work was done.
- Free of credits: a reply that already asks for a call, a skipped trigger, and anything held or failed for Usheri's reasons, such as a recording glitch.
- At zero, new jobs wait as out of credits. No overage, no surprise bill.
- Unused credits roll over for one month.
- Top-ups cost 25% more per credit than your plan's rate, so moving up a plan is the better deal.
Questions
How many credits does a video use?
A standard video, up to two minutes, is 10 credits. Each extra 30 seconds adds 2 credits, so a two and a half minute video is 12.
What does not use credits?
A reply that already asks for a call (no video is made; your team is told to book it), a trigger Usheri skips, and any job held or failed for Usheri's own reasons, such as a recording glitch, an expired product login or a crash.
When is a video charged?
When the finished video reaches review, after it has passed quality checks and the AI reviewer. A video your team rejects is still charged, because the work was done.
What happens when we run out?
New jobs wait as out of credits until the month renews, you top up or you move up a plan. There is no overage and no surprise bill.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, for one month.
Can we buy more credits?
Yes. Top-ups cost 25% more per credit than your plan's rate, so if you top up often, the next plan is cheaper.
Which AI model does it use?
On Starter and above, your own key, for a model from the short list Usheri has tested and approved. Free runs on Usheri's model, so a trial needs no setup. The voice is always included.
Do we have to approve every video?
No. Approval is the default because the first videos are where you learn. From Starter, switch any campaign to auto when you are confident; you can switch it back any time.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve: two months free. The prices above show the monthly equivalent and the yearly total.
